Send us the updated pricing, hours, services, policies, frequently asked questions, or other information. We will review the request and update the AI knowledge base according to your plan.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Email freeleadsexpert@evolutioninc.info with your business name, account email, and the subscription you want canceled. Unless your agreement states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Are advertising charges included in my monthly package?
Advertising-management fees do not include the amount paid directly to Google, Meta, or another advertising platform unless your written agreement specifically says otherwise.
What should I do if my AI receptionist gives an incorrect answer?
Send us the conversation, recording, transcript, or a screenshot of the response. Tell us what the correct answer should be so we can review and refine the system.
Can I change my package?
Yes. Contact us to request an upgrade, downgrade, or custom service adjustment. Pricing and effective dates will be confirmed before the change is processed.
Why is my text messaging or phone service temporarily unavailable?
Telephone carriers, messaging providers, verification systems, or third-party platforms may delay, restrict, or suspend service. Contact us with your account details so we can investigate the issue.
